Assessment
Quality assurance is the systematic review of educational programmes to ensure that acceptable standards of education, scholarship and infrastructure are being maintained.
The core mandate of the Quality Assurance Unit is to ensure that the right mechanisms are put in place to facilitate the efficient and effective running of the system in order to maintain and improve standards set by the ministry of education, Ghana Tertiary Education Commission and Internationally accepted standards.
Functions
- Handles internal and external examination and related issues
- Mediate between UCC and the college regarding examinations and results
- Facilitate the conduct of both internal and external examinations and quizzes
