The partnership between Berekum College of Education (BECOLED) and Hans Böckler Berufskolleg is an international collaboration focused on academic and cultural exchange. Initiated in 2018, this partnership facilitates reciprocal visits between students and staff of both institutions. The program aims to enrich the educational experience by providing opportunities for internships, academic exposure, and cross-cultural understanding. It has also led to a vocational internship program with selected vocational schools in Münster, Germany, which provides students with practical learning engagements and collaborative projects. This collaboration is supported by the German government and is part of BECOLED's broader effort to create a global network for the benefit of its students and staff
